If your organization is planning on doing a large event open to the public, selling or serving alcohol then you will need to apply for a Special Event Permit. (If you are hosting an event at our park that is a private party, such as a family reunion or a company BBQ, you can get a park permit.) This permit ensures the event complies with state and local laws. If alcohol will be served or sold, please ensure the event complies with applicable state and local laws.

Once your application and all required documents are received, City staff will review the materials and will contact you directly regarding payment. Approved permits will be issued in advance of the event date, along with any conditions that may apply. Please allow sufficient time for review and processing.
