Public comment will be allowed at the public hearing of the proposed item. For more information on the item, please visit the City’s meeting page.

Notice Of Final Settlement Second Amendment To Construction Contract Concrete Rehabilitation - Project No. 23-01-03

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S., that the City of Centennial, Colorado (the “City”) will make final payment at the hour of 10 a.m. on January 29, 2026 (the “Final Settlement Date”) to the following contractor:

CONCRETE EXPRESS, INC.

2027 West Colfax Avenue

Denver, CO 80204

(hereinafter, the “Contractor”) for and on account of all work completed by the Contractor on City Project No. 23-01-03, including for purposes of this Notice of Final Settlement on (the “Project”). 

  1. Any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that has an unpaid claim against the Project for and on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, or other supplies used or consumed by the Contractor or any subcontractor in or about the performance of said work, may at any time up to and including the Final Settlement Date, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.
  2. Any such claim(s) shall be filed with the City Clerk at 13133 E. Arapahoe Rd., Centennial, CO 80112 prior to the Final Settlement Date.
  3. Failure on the part of any claimant to file such verified statement or claim prior to the Final Settlement Date will relieve the City from any and all liability for such claim.

Second reading of an ordinance is considered at a meeting not earlier than six (6) days following the first reading of the ordinance. A public hearing, at which comments from the public are heard, occurs with the second reading of the ordinance. The full text of the ordinance, with any amendments, is again publicized on this website within three (3) business days after final passage of the ordinance. Ordinances become effective thirty (30) days after final publication on the City’s website (Section 2-1-110).
