Please Note: The City is accepting reservations for events with 100 people or less. Reservations for events involving more than 100 people may be scheduled for July 1 and after.
Alert: Our system for park and room reservations will temporarily be off line June 28 – June 30. During these three days, we will not be able to accept reservations, change existing reservations, or provide any information on reservation availability. We thank you for your patience during this time.
Four areas of the Park are available for reservations:
- Coffee Shelter
- Large Shelter
Reservation fee refund:
If an event in the Coffee Shelter, Large Shelter or Plaza is cancelled 15 days or less before the event, there will be no refund of reservation fees. If an event in the Amphitheater is cancelled 30 days or less before the event, there will be no refund of reservation fees.
In the event inclement weather results in cancellation of a scheduled event, there will be no refund but the reservation fees may be credited toward a future reservation if (A) the event is rescheduled to occur within a year and (B) the request for rescheduling is made within one business day of the date the event was canceled by calling City staff in charge of Park reservations.
Application and permit fees are non-refundable.
