City Council Meetings
City Council generally meets on the first and third Mondays of the month, with study sessions beginning at 6 p.m. and regular meetings beginning at 7 p.m. City Council work sessions generally are on the second Monday of each month in either Council Chambers or at the Community Room at the City’s Public Works Facility on Eagle Street. When a meeting falls on a Monday holiday, the Council meeting is rescheduled for that Tuesday night.
Please check the City calendar for current meeting listings.

Public Comment at Meetings
The Council welcomes comments from the public at the beginning of each regular meeting.
Each individual will be allowed three minutes regarding matters not on the agenda, unless you are representing an organization, such as a homeowners association, where you will be allowed five minutes.
Additionally, public comments are taken during public hearings with the same time allowances. There will be speaker sign-up sheets on the table at the back of the Council Chambers.
Mayoral Proclamations are official City documents and may be issued at the Mayor’s discretion for purposes including, but not limited to, public awareness, education, civic and cultural celebrations. The Mayor may consider requests to proclaim certain events, causes or achievements when such proclamations positively impact the community and convey an affirmative message to Centennial residents.
