Planning to submit an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) application? A pre-submittal meeting is required.

A pre-submittal meeting provides residents and contractors an opportunity to present a conceptual plan to City Staff and receive initial feedback on feasibility of the plan. It's also a chance to learn more about the ADU review process and identify ways to strengthen the proposal before submitting a formal applicalcation.

Please note that a pre-submittal meeting must take place before a formal ADU building permit application can be submitted.
