Notice of City Council Public Hearing: 

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Centennial, Colorado will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. regarding Ordinance No. 2025-O-05, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Centennial, Colorado, Adding Article 11 to Chapter 6 of the Centennial Municipal Code Regarding Commercial Lodging Licensing. The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. Copies of Ordinance No. 2025-O-05 are available for inspection by the public on this web page.

Interested parties may provide comment during the public hearing on June 3. Interested parties may file written comments with the City Clerk, at:  cityclerks@centennialco.gov or via mail at:  13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado 80112, received by 1 p.m. on June 2, 2025. Any written comments received will be read into the record during the Public Hearing.

Notice of Final Settlement - Construction Contract (Roadway Rightsizing Multimodal Improvements) Project No. 24-07-07

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S., that the City of Centennial, Colorado (the “City”) will make final payment at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on June 13, 2025 (the “Final Settlement Date”) to the following contractor:

BARRICADE HOLDINGS LLC d/b/a COLORADO BARRICADE

2295 South Lipan Street

Denver, Colorado 80223

(hereinafter, the “Contractor”) for and on account of all work completed by the Contractor on City Project No. 24-07-07, including for purposes of this Notice of Final Settlement on (the “Project”). 

Any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company or corporation that has an unpaid claim against the Project for and on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, or other supplies used or consumed by the Contractor or any subcontractor in or about the performance of said work, may at any time up to and including the Final Settlement Date, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.

Any such claim(s) shall be filed with the City Clerk at 13133 East Arapahoe Road, Centennial, CO 80112 prior to the Final Settlement Date.

Failure on the part of any claimant to file such verified statement or claim prior to the Final Settlement Date will relieve the City from any and all liability for such claim.
