Public Comment will be available during Regular City Council Meetings. Public comment for Emergency Regular Meetings may be made via the virtual meeting listed on the agenda. Citizens “virtually attending” this meeting will be called on during Public Comment to make comments. Citizens will have 3 minutes for comments. Additionally, Comments and/or questions for Public Comment or written materials for presentation to Council may be submitted to the City Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the meeting. The City Clerk will read into the record any comments received prior to the meeting and distribute to the Mayor and Council Members.
Citizens may send written comments and questions at any time, directly to the City Clerk, Barbara Setterlind at email@example.com. As always, Citizens may contact City Council Members and the Mayor directly via email and phone at any time. E-mail address and phone numbers are available on the Mayor & Council Page. Council meetings are broadcast live and recorded for future access.
The Centennial City Council generally meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month. Agendas are finalized and materials are available to view on the Friday prior to the meeting date. Work Sessions and Workshops for City Council are generally held on the 2nd Mondays of each month. (Check the website Calendar for upcoming meetings).
