Land Development Code

The Land Development Code (LDC) is a part of the Municipal Code (Chapter 12) and is the City’s rule-book for zoning and land development. It includes the requirements that must be followed for things such as land use, building design and site layout.

Centennial NEXT and Sub-Area Plans describe the City’s vision for the future, including guidance about land use and how areas may grow or change over time. They guide City decisions and future updates to the LDC, but they are not rules and do not by themselves determine what can be built.
