Have you ever wondered how local government works? Curious about how development projects are approved, how streets are prioritized for snowplowing or where your tax dollars go? If so, then Centennial 101 is for you!
Centennial 101 is a free, interactive seven-week program that takes you behind the scene of City government. Through engaging presentations and hands-on activities, you’ll learn what makes Centennial unique, gain a better understanding of how your City operates, and discover ways to get more involved in your community.
Centennial 101 is also an opportunity for us to learn from you. We want to hear what matters most to you, learn about your ideas for the community and build stronger connections with the people that call Centennial home.
The program meets on Thursdays from 5:30-9 p.m., September 3 through October 15. Participants are expected to attend all seven sessions. Centennial 101 is open to all Centennial residents. Not sure which Council district you live in? Find your Council district.
