Get to Know Council Member Ryan Dwiggins

District 3 Council Member Ryan Dwiggins brings extensive experience in economic development, land use and community planning to the Centennial City Council. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Management and Baylor University with an MBA, Ryan has worked across Colorado in transportation real estate and currently serves as Director of Economic Development for JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle). He has served on the City’s Planning & Zoning Commission since 2021, elected chair three times by his peers—a reflection of his collaborative leadership and deep understanding of Centennial’s growth and development needs.

Ryan is actively involved in regional economic organizations, including the Economic Development Council of Colorado and the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation. His experience as a licensed Colorado associate broker further informs his perspective on responsible growth, community vitality and economic opportunity. His goals for his first term will focus on thoughtful land-use planning, supporting local businesses and ensuring Centennial remains a thriving and family-oriented community.
