Mayor & City Council Salary
The Mayor and City Council provide proactive community leadership in the formulation of public policy that promotes the economic interests of the City, a high quality of life and a safe and attractive environment for the citizens.
Two council members represent each of the four districts ensuring equal representation for the citizens. The Mayor is elected at-large for a four year term, and the Council members are elected to four year staggered terms. The Mayor and Council members, working together as a single body, are entrusted with representing and interpreting the needs of the citizens of Centennial by balancing diverse public interests, establishing policies and providing leadership and vision for the community.
