On an annual basis the City issues its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. This report contains the City’s year-end annual financial statements, which have been audited by an independent Certified Public Accountant. This report contains items such as the City’s Statement of Net Position, Statement of Activities, Governmental Funds Balance Sheet, and Governmental Funds Statement of Revenues and Expenditures. This report also provides narrative about current economic conditions, financial trends and City demographics.
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is a set of financial statements. These follow requirements established by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).
