The Civic Center, including Municipal Court, will be closed on Tuesday, June 30, due to a main sewer line break in the building. While the building is closed, City services will continue as usual. However, in-person services will not be available. At this time, the Civic Center is expected to reopen at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1. Services remain available virtually and by calling 303-325-8000.
Businesses that operate from a residential structure are subject to the Home-Based Business Standards in Section 12-2-404 of the Land Development Code (LDC). These businesses should be secondary to the primary use of the home as a residence and should not negatively impact the character or quality of life in the City’s neighborhoods.

These standards do not override covenants, conditions and restrictions that may prohibit the business use of the home. The City will not research or enforce private covenants.
