Building project checklists can be found on the City of Centennial Building Division page, under the ‘Permit Checklists and Building Guides’ drop down menu.
Homeowners can only pull the permit if they are doing the work and provide the Homeowner Agreement(PDF, 177KB) when applying for the permit. The homeowner must also occupy the residence being permitted.
Any contractor or sub-contractor must be licensed in the City of Centennial. Please use this sub-contractor form(PDF, 243KB) to list all sub-contractors and submit to the Building Division.

Once the final inspections are complete and the inspector has given you the okay to apply for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy/Certificate of Occupancy (TCO/CO), the TCO/CO application should be filled out at emailed to buildingdivision@centennialco.gov.
