Audit Committee

Overview

The Audit Committee is responsible for addressing financial audit functions of the City and may periodically review staff recommendations to select an auditor or auditing firm to perform the City’s annual audit required by the Charter.

Members: The Audit Committee is comprised of two Centennial residents, two City Council members, the City Manager, the City Attorney and the Director of Finance. 

Meetings

The Audit Committee meets at least twice annually at a date and time determined by the chairperson or adopted rules.
