Centennial Movie Nights

The Centennial Movie Nights program provides communities an opportunity to have a movie night with their neighbors and friends in efforts to make connections and improve community connectivity. 

Centennial Movie Nights Requirements

  • Must be a Centennial resident.
  • Equipment is available for reservations with Friday pickups, and equipment return on the following business day.
  • See what is in our complete outdoor movie night kit.
  • The Centennial Movie Nights program will run from May 22 through September 4, 2026 and will start again in 2027. 
  • A $250 deposit is required to rent equipment and the deposit will be returned once equipment is received back at the City. There is a $7.50 credit card processing fee that non-refundable.
  • Residents can pick up the equipment from the Centennial Civic Center at 13133 E. Arapahoe Rd.
  • Movie Nights equipment is available for rent one time per year per neighborhood group.

Things to consider when planning your event

  • Please consider the sunset time when planning your event. The projector will not function properly until about 30 minutes after sunset.
  • The *screen is quite large, please take the time to set up and test equipment before showtime.
