Coffee Shelter

  • Maximum capacity: 20
  • Minimum length: 2 hours
  • Includes built in stools, bench seating, electricity and a gas fireplace
  • Cost:
    - Resident or resident business: $30/hour

Bluff Pavilion

  • Maximum capacity: 100
  • Minimum length: 2 hours
  • Includes nine picnic tables, electricity and two grills
  • Cost:

Large Shelter

  • Maximum capacity: 100
  • Minimum length: 2 hours
  • Includes nine picnic tables, a gas fireplace and electricity
  • Cost:
    - Resident or resident business: $50/hour

Large Shelter and Plaza

  • Maximum capacity: 300
  • Minimum length: 4 hours
  • Includes nine picnic tables, a gas fireplace and electricity
  • Cost:

Amphitheater

  • Maximum capacity: 5,000
  • Minimum length: half day (6 hours)
  • Includes stage, grass seating, electrical service and loading dock
  • Cost:
    - $1,250 for a half day (6 hours) or $2,500 for a full day
    - Nonprofit cost: Call for details

Note: If you want to have include alcohol with your reservation, there is a $25 fee due at the time of booking. You must also complete the Alcohol Permit Application.

Step 2.Make a Reservation

Nonprofit organizations MUST have proof of nonprofit or government organization status (e.g. 501c3 or tax-exempt certificate). Call 303-325-8000 for details.

Service Interruption: The City is upgrading its reservation system software. Reservations for the Community Room at the City’s Eagle Street Public Works Facility and shelters at Centennial Center Park will be unavailable from Friday, March 27 through Wednesday, April 1. Reservations are expected to reopen no later than Thursday, April 2. Thank you for your patience during this transition.

You will receive an email and/or a phone call confirming the successful submission of your reservation request.

Cancellations/No Shows/Refunds

Reservation fee refund

If an event in the Coffee Shelter, Large Shelter or Plaza is cancelled 15 days or less before the event, there will be no refund of reservation fees. If an event in the Amphitheater is cancelled 30 days or less before the event, there will be no refund of reservation fees.

Inclement weather

In the event inclement weather results in cancellation of a scheduled event, there will be no refund but the reservation fees may be credited toward a future reservation if (A) the event is rescheduled to occur within a year and (B) the request for rescheduling is made within one business day of the date the event was canceled by calling City staff in charge of Park reservations.

Application and permit fees are non-refundable.
