Make a Meeting Room Reservation


The City of Centennial’s property at 7272 S. Eagle St. has three meeting rooms that are available for rental: the Community Room, Large Conference Room and Small Conference Room. The spaces may only be rented by non-profit and governmental for civic, cultural or educational programs or meetings. Each organization is restricted to one rental every 30 days. Centennial HOA and civic association meetings are sponsored events and not subject to reservation fees.

All reservations should enter through the west entrance of the building.


Step 1.Do you qualify to reserve a room?

Organizations that qualify:

  • non-profit 
  • government organization.

Step 2.If you do qualify, what room would you like to reserve?

Small Conference Room - Capacity 6

  • Minimum Length: 2 hours
  • Includes: Table

Large Conference Room - Capacity 14

  • Minimum Length: 2 hours
  • Includes: AV, Phone, Table, Sink

Community Room - Capacity 100

  • Minimum Length: 2 hours
  • Includes: AV, Kitchen, Tables, Coffee Maker

Step 3.How Much Does it Cost?

Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (excludes City Holidays): No Charge

Outside Business Hours: $15/hour

Step 4.Make a reservation

You MUST have proof of non-profit or government organization status (E.g. 501c3 or Tax exempt certificate)

Step 5.Confirmation

You will receive an email and/or a phone call confirming the successful submission of your reservation request.

Cancellations/No Shows/Refunds

Reservation fee refund:

If an event is canceled 72 hours or less before the event, there will be no refund of reservation fees.

Inclement Weather:

In the event inclement weather or other circumstances outside of the City’s control resulting in cancellation of a scheduled event, there will be no refund but the reservation fees may be credited toward a future reservation if (A) the event is rescheduled to occur within a year and (B) the request for rescheduling is made within one business day of the date the event was canceled by calling City staff in charge of Park reservations.

Application fees are non-refundable.
