Apply to Work Within the Right-of-Way

Step 1.Requirements 

• Contractors must be licensed and bonded with the City of Centennial to obtain a ROW Permit. Apply for a contractor license. Call 303-754-3321 for questions.

• All work shall conform to the City of Centennial Right-of-Way Regulations(PDF, 1000KB), Roadway Design and Construction Standards(PDF, 6MB) and Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority (SEMSWA) Regulations.

• Permit applicability, fees, process, conditions and standards may be found in the Right-of-Way Regulations(PDF, 1000KB).
• ROW permit applications associated with a Land Use case shall include the applicable Centennial DEV or CDOC number. Failure to do so will delay approval of the application. If the project has not been submitted for land use case review and approval please call 303-754-3362.
