Apply for an Oversize/Overweight Vehicle Permit

Vehicles in excess of the maximum legal weight and/or size limitations within Part 5, Title 42, Colorado Revised Statutes(PDF, 85KB) are not allowed to operate within the City unless an Oversize/Overweight Transport Permit is obtained from the City of Centennial per Ordinance 2008-O-13.

The City requires five business days to process oversize/overweight permits.
To expedite the review process, be sure to include supporting documentation such as maps or route information and details on extra support such as uniformed traffic control.
This permit becomes void during heavy snow or icy road conditions.
