Apply for a Residential Dumpster Permit

Step 1.Do You Qualify? 

Dumpsters are not allowed on public residential streets except for community or neighborhood cleanup and maintenance projects or groups of five or more residents.

Residential Dumpster Permits may be issued to:

• Incorporated residential homeowner associations, civic associations or community associations within the City
• General improvement districts located within the City
• Groups of five or more residents of the same residential subdivision within the City

Step 2.What to Expect

If approved, the permit may take three days to process, please plan accordingly.

Step 3.Apply for a Residential Dumpster Permit

To apply for a dumpster permit, download and complete the Residential Dumpster Permit Form(PDF, 295KB).
