Please be advised that scheduled maintenance will affect access to some of our online services beginning Thursday, August 7 at 6 p.m. 

We anticipate full service to be restored by Monday, August 11 at 8 a.m. 

During this maintenance window, the Customer Self-Service (CSS) Portal will be unavailable, and users will be unable to submit new permit or plan applications.
