Massage Parlors must be licensed by the City in accordance with Centennial Municipal Code, Chapter 6, Article 8.
Applicants must provide a completed application, individual history report, financial questionnaire and supporting documents to the City Clerk's Office.
Please contact the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) directly with questions relating to massage therapy licensure in the State of Colorado.
