- Jones Metro District Formation - The Jones Metropolitan District #1-5 is formed to allow for the construction of roadway and pedestrian improvements, and utilities within the district. (February 2020)
- Jones District Roadway Construction Documents - Construction documents were submitted to the City and construction began for curb to curb streets, temporary asphalt sidewalks adjacent to undeveloped streets and wet and dry utilities. (September 2020)
