Public Comment will be available during Virtual Regular City Council Meetings and any Virtual Public Hearings. If wishing to make Public Comment, citizens may access the join meeting link published on each Meeting Agenda (listed below). As you enter the virtual meeting, your microphone and video will remain off. The Mayor will un-mute your microphone and call on you when it is your turn to speak. Citizens will have 3 minutes for comments. Any attendee causing disruptions during these virtual meetings, will be removed from the meeting by the administrator.

Additionally, comments and/or questions for Public Comment or written materials for presentation to Council may be submitted to the City Clerk at email@example.com prior to the meeting. The City Clerk will read into the record any comments received prior to the meeting and distribute to the Mayor and Council Members.

Council meetings are broadcast live and recorded for future access.
The Centennial City Council generally meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month. Agendas are finalized and materials are available to view on the Friday prior to the meeting date. Work Sessions and Workshops for City Council are generally held on the 2nd Mondays of each month. (Check the website Calendar for upcoming meetings).
