Court Arraignment Process Guide

If you have a scheduled court arraignment, please review the step-by-step process below ahead of your scheduled appearance. Please note that all court arraignments are by default held virtually at this time. If you would like to request an in-person arraignment, please contact us prior to your scheduled court date.

Step 1.Review and Complete Your Advisement of Rights

If you are appearing for virtual court, you are required to read, acknowledge and sign the Advisement of Rights form. Please click the button below to read and complete the required fields. 

*You will not be able to proceed without acknowledging that you have reviewed your rights.*

Step 2.What to Expect at Your Arraignment

Once you have reviewed your Advisement of Rights, you are ready to begin the court process. You will be able to see the City Prosecutor and the Judge during this process.

Step 3.Join Your Virtual Court Arraignment

After submitting your Advisement of Rights form and reviewing what to expect in the process, you will be redirected to a page with a link to join the virtual arraignment session.

Please Note: You can only be seen on your scheduled court date and time. Centennial Municipal Court only conducts Arraignments on Mondays beginning at 1:00 PM.
