Per Executive Order D 2020 092, businesses are allowed to deny service to anyone not wearing a non-surgical face covering.

Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act

The $2 trillion Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act passed by Congress is the largest U.S. stimulus package ever to provide economic relief to businesses and workers affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. The bill offers the aid for small businesses (those with less than 500 employees), 501(c)3s, sole proprietors and independent contractors.
