The Streets at SouthGlenn

The Streets at SouthGlenn is south Denver’s premier shopping destination! A redevelopment of the former Southglenn mall, The Streets at SouthGlenn is an urban lifestyle destination that builds on its neighborhood character to create a community with shopping, living and working experiences. The Streets at SouthGlenn features sidewalk cafes and restaurants, gourmet bistros and unique local and national women’s and men’s apparel retailers.


The Centennial Promenade

Shopping and dining is fun and convenient at the Centennial Promenade, where you will find REI, Guitar Center, J. Alexander’s and Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery and nearly 50 specialty stores. The Centennial Promenade is located at I-25 and County Line Rd. near the Park Meadows Mall.


IKEA Centennial

As the first store in Colorado, IKEA Centennial is a retail destination to the Rocky Mountain Region.  The 415,000 square-foot future IKEA Centennial, with approximately 1,500 parking spaces, is located at I-25 and County Line Rd. IKEA Centennial is the first IKEA store in the United States to incorporate a geothermal component as part of the heating and cooling system. IKEA Centennial also features a supervised children’s play area and a 500-seat restaurant serving Swedish specialties.
