Metric Definition:

The Customer Satisfaction Rating is the total number of positive survey responses over the total number of negative responses. This provides the City with a greater understanding of the satisfaction rating of individuals that have had contact with the Code Compliance department.

Quarterly Performance:

Public Works received 63 completed surveys for Quarter 3 and had an overall customer satisfaction rating of approximately 80%.
