The time it takes for an officer to respond (from the time the call is received to when the officer arrives) to an emergency call, one that is an immediate threat to life, a felony-in-progress call, or a call where a weapon is being used.

Quarterly Performance:

For the second quarter of 2018, deputies arrived on scene of Priority 1 calls in 5 minutes or less 47 of 87 times, or 54% of the time. The measure for responses within 5 minutes was well short of meeting the 70% goal however the responses within 8 minutes were above the goal of 95%. Priority 1 call times are tracked from the time the call for service is answered in the Communications Center until the time a deputy arrives on scene.
