Citizen's rating of an interaction with Sheriff's Office Patrol Deputies, Communications, and Traffic Safety Unit Deputies.

Quarterly Performance:

The community satisfaction survey measures a citizen’s interaction with the Patrol Services and Dispatch and the Traffic Safety Unit. The survey is 15 questions long and each question is ranked on a 1 (low) to 5 (high) scale. This number is then converted into an overall percentage.

Patrol Services and Dispatch received a satisfaction rating of 93.0% from the 18 responses that were received while the Traffic Safety Unit received a 81.8% satisfaction rating from the 21 responses received. The Quarter 3 average between both units is 88.2% from the 39 responses received. This is slightly higher than the 2-year average (82%) and represents a consistent increasing trend over the last three quarters.
