Citizen's rating of an interaction with Sheriff's Office Patrol Deputies, Communications, and Traffic Safety Unit Deputies.

Quarterly Performance:

The community satisfaction survey measures a citizen’s interaction with the Patrol Services and Dispatch and the Traffic Safety Unit. The survey is 15 questions long and each question is ranked on a 1 (low) to 5 (high) scale. This number is then converted into an overall percentage.

Patrol Services and Dispatch received a satisfaction rating of 90% from the 38 responses that were received while the Traffic Safety Unit received a 69% satisfaction rating from the 24 responses received. The Quarter 2 average between both units was 81% from the 362 responses received. This is slightly lower than the 2-year average (82%).
