Quarterly Performance:

The number of attendees at events is important to Law Enforcement because by engaging directly with members of the community, a wide variety of partnerships will be created. These community partnerships assist in reducing crime, apprehending those involved in criminal activity and improving the community’s overall quality of life.

During the second quarter of 2018, the Community Resources Unit (CRU) held 138 classes with 5,730 attendees and the School Resource Officer Unit (SRO) held 65 classes with 1,342 attendees. Both units combined for the second quarter total 203 classes with 7,072 attendees. The three year (2015-2017) second quarter average number of classes was 182 with an average attendance of 7,526. Although the number of total classes held was above the three year average, the 7,072 attendees was slightly below the three year average.
