Metric Definition:

The Customer Satisfaction Rating is the total number of positive survey responses over the total number of negative responses. This provides the City with a greater understanding of the satisfaction rating of individuals and businesses with the services received by the Building department.

Quarterly Performance:

Building Services received 40 surveys in Quarter 3 with an average customer satisfaction rating of 97.5%, which continues a streak of achieving above an 80% satisfaction rating dating back to Q4 2015.
