How to apply for a Commercial or Residential Building Permit?

A submittal requirement checklist is located in the Building Guides. Please submit two wet stamped drawings with your completed application for plans examination. The plan review fee is required to be paid upon submittal. See the building permit fee schedule and electrical permit fee schedule for an estimated cost.

How to apply for a One-Stop Permit?

One stop permits are issued in person over the counter or by fax at (303) 708-1790. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

Visa and Master Card are accepted as payment over the phone. Receipts and permits can be faxed directly to applicants.
