Comprehensive Plan
Approved in 2004, the Comprehensive Plan is an overarching document that provides general policies concerning: Community appearance; economic development; housing; land use; parks, trails and open space; regional cooperation and land use management; transportation; and utilities and services.

Parks, Trails, Open Space and Recreation Master Plan
Approved in 2007, this study details City-wide recreation and open space improvements envisioned for the community.

Transportation Master Plan
This study identifies and prioritizes the City’s planned transportation investments over the next 20 years. The plan includes roadway, pedestrian, bicycle and transit projects.
