The following are programs which provide assistance to the City of Centennial

Arapahoe County Home Repair and Modification Program

This grant program is available for a limited time to seniors or disabled homeowners in Arapahoe County (Centennial,  Englewood and Littleton).  Interested parties need to fill out an application for qualification that requires some financial and personal information to verify income levels, age/disability and proof of home ownership.  Once this information is confirmed, the home will be evaluated for any and all accessibility needs. Grants will be awarded to directly service, fabricate and install up to $5,000 of needed modifications per household. Applications will be sent upon request by contacting Samantha de la Garza, Housing Services Navigator, at 303-685-4225 or email. View brochure for more information.
