Business Newsroom

There’s ample proof that Centennial is among the best places in the Denver area to live and work.

In a 2016 National Research Center survey of Centennial residents, 9 out of 10 respondents rated overall quality of life as excellent or good. The City has been consistently recognized by major news outlets as a desirable place to live, including being named as the No. 4 Best Place to Live in USA Today’s 50 Best Places to Live in America in 2015. The city boasts 300 days of sunshine per year, close proximity to the Rocky Mountains and downtown Denver, high-performing school districts, premier shopping destinations and a vast network of parks, trails and open space.

Centennial has been rated higher than communities across the nation and the Front Range for overall economic health and employment opportunities. Roughly 58,000 jobs are based in the City, including high-income positions in industries such as aerospace and technology, and Centennial’s median household income is nearly $100,000. Recently, Zippia Inc. named Centennial as the 4th most successful city in the nation. Explore this section to find out more.
